Contract VehiclesExperienced, credentialed and versatile, OSI is proud to be awarded many contract vehicles, showcasing our ability to fit your specific needs.
OSI is a prime contractor on the General Services Administration (GSA) Corporate Schedule, which encompasses a Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule (C874), Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule (C871) and the Environmental Services (ES) Schedule (C899). This Contract is available to all federal agencies worldwide and its mission is, “to provide expertly managed space, products, services and solutions, at the best value.”
Under this Contract, OSI is able to provide consultation, survey, training, engineering and facilitation services quickly and cost effectively. We offer our specialized consultant service at rates that have been fully negotiated and approved by GSA, making it unnecessary for you to seek further competition, nor make a separate determination of fair and reasonable pricing when placing orders under a Federal Supply Schedule contract vehicle.
Being chosen to participate in this contract speaks to our reputation in our field, as schedule requirements dictate that only well-qualified and performance-tested firms become eligible for the schedule at fair and reasonable prices.
OSI also has multiple vehicles in the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Our rates have been fully negotiated by DCAA and the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Procurement.
OSI was one of the 503 contractors to be awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts by the U.S. Navy for support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support.
Our contracts included research & development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test & evaluation trials, and engineering support for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps.
OSI boasts an award with the Department of Homeland Security, Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS), a Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT service solutions. This procurement effort is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19.14.
OSI was awarded a Small Business Innovative Research Phase III for our Inter Domain Services Manager (IDSM), an interoperability and analytical tool that connects multiple disparate systems to produce metrics.
