Title: Program Engineer
Type: Full-Time
Location: Washington, DC
Description: Responsible for preparing test plans, conducting both ground and flight testing and preparing test reports. Provide technical leadership for the preparation of performance specifications. Prepares monthly engineering issues report, engineering reports as required and monthly technical reviews. Designated data analysis and distribution co-project manager. This task includes all the project management, reporting and implementation responsibilities. Provide technical support to operations and test as required. Specific Job Requirements • Engineering and logistics planning. • Support acquisition planning. • Technical and systems evaluation of new systems. • Develop Statements of Work, equipment lists, and technical data packages. • Coordinate and reviews on final technical documentation to include specifications, engineering reports, maintenance and user manuals.
Required Education: Masters degree in Engineering Management with at least three years of experience in logistics and engineering planning in the CBP OAM UAS Program. • This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.
Required Experience: Must be able to translate requirements to CBP OAM UAS MQ-9 specification. • Must be familiar with the state of the art equipment as it relates to the CBP UAS mission.
