Title: Training Program Analyst

Location: Training Program Analyst
Description: his position assists the training director in managing the Leadership Training Program and Leadership Development Curriculum resources within the Training, Safety, and Standards Division. This position utilizes a high degree of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in analyzing, evaluating, and improving the effectiveness of the operations. This position is responsible for the coordination of workshops and presentations to assist current CBP employees to meet CBP DHS training requirements. This position enters and retrieves data from TRAEN, allowing for the evaluation of the effectiveness of complex program operations. Travel may be required as needed. Specific Job Requirements • Assist the Training Director in managing the Leadership Training Program and Leadership Development Curriculum resources • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for quarterly management reviews • Gather and identify mandatory training requirements • Track the compliance rate of completed trainings • Assist the Executive Director, Training, Safety, and Standards in the development of a Mentor Program and Succession Plan • Coordinate and organize workshops and meetings to meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Department of Homeland Security Job Task and Training requirements • Enter and retrieve data from TRAEN; analyze and create presentations and reports • Compose memorandums and management directives • Act as a liaison to external components within CBP • Research and respond to inquiries • Travel, as needed
Required Education: Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
Required Experience: Minimum of two years of experience required in project office support Must be proficient in project coordination Experience in creating and maintaining databases is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
