Title: Senior Program Management Analysts (2 Positions)

Description: Supports AMO/Requirements in capture, documentation, management, and fulfillment of operational requirements, as SME in project and program management. Support and may lead aspects of the planning and facilitation of requirements gathering and prioritization. Draft and revise strategic direction, capability gap, requirements, and other related documentation (e.g., Capability Analyses, MNSs, CONOPS, ORDs) in consultation with various stakeholders. Will help form and prioritize notional groupings of acquisition and non-material solution options for consideration. Will develop context for executive decision making. May support requirements understanding and equities through participation in acquisition/initiative planning activities (e.g., cost-benefit studies, alternatives analyses, technical requirements development). May support development of acquisition documentation (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, technical requirements development). May support development of acquisition documents.
Required Education: Must have a BS or MS degree in engineering, other technical, or related business discipline. Requires a PMP certification or equivalent (i.e., DAWIA or DHS project management certification).
Required Experience: Must have seven or more years of project and program management support experience (ten or more strongly desired). Experience with DHS acquisition life cycle preferred. Experience in technology development and/or aviation/maritime program management experience desired. Experience in AMO, CBP, DHS, and other Federal program management strongly desired. Other Requirements: Must obtain CBP BI. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and show great attention to detail. Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project. Visio, SharePoint, and/MS Access a plus. Must be able to travel up to 25%.
